Maestro Wins UCLA Award

Maestro Gary S. Greene (’71) was honored with a prestigious award from his alma mater, UCLA. He won the 2024 UCLA Alumni Award for Community Service for his volunteer efforts as founder-conductor and music director of the LA Lawyers Philharmonic, Legal Voices and Gary Greene, Esq. & His Big Band of Barristers. He was selected because of “his legacy of sharing his love of music to bring people together and engaging others in giving back.”

His photograph will be displayed at the UCLA James West Alumni Center with this quote: “Orchestrating a symphony of service, uplifting every note.”
